Research group Systems Biology and Modelling

One of our goals is to establish a pipeline to analyze gene expression and (epi-) genomic data from blood samples, clinical data and metabolite concentrations to improve the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis. The focus is on understanding the different clinical courses at the molecular level using network-based models.
