Jena • At the end of our first funding year, we held a retreat to review the progress made in the seven research projects, discuss new ideas and receive valuable feedback from the Scientific Advisory Board. We would like to thank Prof. Dr. Johann Bauersachs (Hanover), Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Diab (Wuppertal), Prof. Dr. Achim Kaasch (Magdeburg) and Prof. Dr. Laurent Poirel (Fribourg) for their expertise and input.

The exciting workshop held by Dr Alexander Schiller on the opportunities, benefits and risks of »AI in Research« rounded off an intensive and collaborative day.
