Campus Bachstraße

The "Campus Bachstraße" is the site of the old University Hospital. Today many clinics moved to the new site in Lobeda. However, some lecture halls, seminar rooms, the dean of studies, the coordinator of the M.Sc. Photonics programme and the PC pool are located here in the old surgery building ("Alte Chirurgie").

The campus is accessible via a small gate from the Car-Zeiss-Str. or via the main entrance from Bachstr. The old surgery building is the one marked with a "1" in the map to the right. The red arrow corresponds to the main entrance of the building which is shown in the picture below. 

The picture to the right shows the old surgery building ("Alte Chirurgie"). Enter the building via the main entrance.

Once you have entered the building, take the stairs to the left and go to the 2nd floor (for the lecture hall and the PC pool) or to the 3rd floor to get to the office of the coordinator.

When you have reached the 2nd floor turn left to get to the lecture hall (Group II of the image processing exams meets here).

To get to the PC open the glass door, pass the door and turn right.

To enter the PC pool pass the next glass door and the door straight ahead (Group I of the image processing exam meets here.)
