Systematische Reviews und Meta-Analysen zur Wirksamkeit von Gruppentherapie bei psychischen Störungen

Systematic review and meta-analyses of small group treatment of psychological disorders (SMARAGD)

Zur Wirksamkeit von Gruppenpsychotherapie liegen für verschiedene Störungsbildern bislang mehrere umfangreiche systematische Übersichtsarbeiten und Meta-Analysen vor, die jedoch diversen Einschränkungen unterliegen. Daher sollen in diesem Projekt Meta-Analysen durchgeführt werden, mit dem Ziel, die Wirksamkeit von Gruppenpsychotherapie bei affektiven Störungen, Panikstörung, sozialer Phobie, Zwangsstörungen, substanzinduzierten Störungen, Traumafolgestörungen/Post-traumatische Belastungsstörung (PTBS) und Essstörungen hinsichtlich psychologischer und ökonomischer Ergebnismaße im Vergleich zu Wartelisten-Kontrollgruppen, Aufmerksamkeits-Kontrollgruppen und treatment-as-usual Kontrollgruppen sowie zu Einzel-Psychotherapie und Pharmakotherapie zu evaluieren. Darüber hinaus ist geplant, den Einfluss von Moderatorvariablen (z.B. formale Veränderungstheorie, Patientenmerkmale, strukturelle Faktoren, Merkmale des Gruppenprozesses, Eigenschaften des Gruppenleiters) und deren Interaktion auf die Effektstärkeschätzung zu analysieren. Zudem soll der Einfluss von verschiedenen Merkmalen der Studienqualität auf die Effektstärkeschätzung untersucht werden.
