Conference fees
Full ticket with accommodation: 480,00€ (includes accomodation on-site for 3 nights - only in double occupancy; conference fee, whole coverage for 3 days (breakfast, lunch, diner))
Full ticket without accommodation: 280,00€ (same as above without accomodation)
The payment details will be sent in april as well together with the selection for the short pitches contributions.
Accommodation
Please note that the conference venue provides double rooms only. Please book accommodation in double occupancy and name your room-mate in the form below. Individual rooms are not available at the venue. In case you need single occupancy please choose option ‘Full ticket without accommodation’ and book your hotel on your own responsibility. Since attendance is limited to 100 person total and we expect a high number of applications, we might be forced to select applications. You will be informed 14 days after the abstract submission deadline, latest on 14 th of april 2025. Therefore please consider booking with cancellation options, thank you.
