Centre for the Treatment of Bone Cancer and Soft Tissue Cancer

Welcome to the website of the SarcomaCentre Jena. We are the only interdisciplinary sarcoma centre in the state of Thuringia certified by the German Cancer Society and treat patients with bone and soft tissue cancer including gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST - soft tissue tumours in the gastrointestinal tract). Another focus is the treatment of metastatic disease in the bone and soft tissues as well as benign bone and soft tissue tumours. Our expertise is highlighted in the annual Thüringer Krankenhausspiegel (hospital report of the state of Thuringia).

At the SarcomaCentre Jena, we work together as an interdisciplinary team of different disciplines - to provide you with optimal treatment with a minimum of side effects, from diagnostics to therapy.
