Diagnostik-Innovationen auf dem Weg zur Marktreife: Technologietransfer von der Entwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
Studienziel
Die Anzahl neuer diagnostischer Verfahren zur Diagnostik von Krankheitserregern und antimikrobiellen Resistenzen wächst kontinuierlich. Dennoch etablieren sich viele dieser Entwicklungen bisher nicht in der Routinediagnostik. Gründe hierfür sind unter anderem der fehlende Einbezug potenzieller Anwender während der Konzeptions- und Entwicklungsphase, eine unrealistische Einschätzung des klinischen Bedarfs bzw. des Marktpotenzials sowie die Vernachlässigung regulatorischer und struktureller Rahmenbedingungen des Gesundheitssystems.
Ziel des Projekts TransDiag ist die kontinuierliche und strukturierte Unterstützung aller Projekte und Partner des InfectoGnostics Forschungscampus Jena hinsichtlich der Entwicklung und des Transfers der Campustechnologien in die medizinische Versorgung.
TransDiag unterstützt die Entwicklungs- und Transferaktivitäten der Campusprojekte auf vier Ebenen: (i) systematische klinische Bedarfs- und Potentialanalysen, (ii) interdisziplinäre Dialoge und Netzwerke mit relevanten Partnern aus Forschung, Industrie und dem Gesundheitssystem, (iii) Planung und Durchführung von Studien (z.B. Machbarkeits- und Akzeptanzstudien, diagnostische Studien, klinische Studien) sowie (iv) Beratung zu regulatorischen und strukturellen Vorgaben im Gesundheitssystem.
