At the Institute of General Medicine, he focuses on the evaluation of complex healthcare interventions, particularly in the field of telemedicine. In addition, he researches methods for analyzing care pathways, investigates overcare in the healthcare system, and supports various third-party funded projects with secondary data analysis. His clinical research focuses on epidemiology as well as health-related quality of life in neurological diseases. Furthermore, he contributes expertise from bioinformatics to the analysis of large routine datasets.
